This is a Turkish farmer I met when a buddy and I were walking from our Airforce base to the town of Yalova. He was carrying a bag of peaches that he that he offered to sell us. Communication was mostly through sign language since our Turkish was as poor as his English. There were very few vehicles on this road and walking seemed to be their mode of transportation. Great fields of sunflowers were on both sides of the road.
